Double-sided, indexed map of Israel with altitude colouring. The southern part of the country is shown at the same scale of 1:225,000 as the north. The map shows Israel’s road and rail networks, indicating locations of petrol stations, and highlights various places of interest, including religious and archaeological sites, national parks and protected areas, beaches and diving sites, etc. Also indicated are towns with tourist accommodation and and locations of youth hostels.
Boundaries of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip are marked, but without the map showing areas under Palestinian or joint control, or the course of the separation barrier. On the Golan Heights only the current boundary is shown, without the UNDOF zone.
All place names are in the Roman alphabet. The map has a latitude and longitude grid at intervals of 10’.
