Detailed trekking map extending east from the Dudh Koshi valley with Lukla and Namche Bazar to the Mera peaks, including the southern part of the Sagarmatha National Park and the western part of the Makalu Barun National Park. Contour interval is 40 metres, with numerous spot heights. The map is indexed and shows settlements, tracks, airfields, hotels and campsites, places of interest, etc. Margin ticks show latitude and longitude in steps of 5'.

A separate detachable map shows the Mera peaks at 1:33,898, indicating main climbing routes across the glaciers.
