Afghanistan, travel map - ITM

An indexed general map of Afghanistan at a scale which allows the inclusion of more place names than on the other maps available. However, although province names are marked, their boundaries are omitted. General relief is effectively portrayed by this publisher's familiar style of elevation tinting, although no peak heights are marked. Road classification ranges from main roads to 4x4 tracks and includes mian highway numbers where applicable. Railways are also shown, along with airports, water features, ruins and points of interest. Latitude and longitude lines are at 2 degree intervals.
Printed on both sides, dividing the country into east and west sections.
