The main map at 1:17,500 shows most of the city, from Paranaque City in the south to Quezon City in the north-east, and Manila South Harbour in the west. Detail includes one-way streets, railways, pedestrian zones, car parks, and public buildings. Colours distinguish parks and built-up areas and a range of symbols denote various landmarks, notable buldings, museums, places of worship, hotels, information offices, post offices, sites of interest. On the reverse: a general road map of Manila's environs at 1:800,000 and a general map of the Philippines at 1:4,500,000.
All the maps are indexed for streets, towns and places of interest as appropriate for the scale, and throughout the coverage 22 major attractions are highlighted and provided with brief descriptions. Some general notes for tourists are also included ie. public transport matters, money, tourist information resources. A small diagram of the Manila rail network is included.
