In this title: detailed map of a park famous for its geothermal activity. It is one of the few national parks in Kenya open to hikers. The map has contours, relief shading, and graphic relief for its rock formations to indicate the topography. It shows local roads and paths, park gates, view points, and campsites. Latitude and longitude are shown in the margins at 1' intervals. A list of birds and drawings of local animals are included, and although some big game spieces are shown there, the park is generally regarded as safe for hikers.
