Indexed tourist street map of the city, showing landmarks and places of interest. The whole of the Medina is covered plus the area lying to the west, as far as, and including, the railway station. Parks, gardens and notable and public buildings are highlighted and symbols depict many other features and landmarks eg. tourism offices, taxi ranks, bus and coach stations, places of worship, emergency services, petrol stations, markets, hotels, cafes, etc. the map is indexed for streets, accommodation, places of interest and public buildings. The legend is in French and English.
On the reverse are indexed, larger scale, more detailed maps of the Souks and Guéliz areas, and a small road map of the wider environs of the city, including the airport. There is also an indexed plan of Essaouira at 1:3,000 and a road map at 1:925,000 extending from Ouarzazate to the coast between Essaouira and Agadir.
